Wednesday 8 Sep 2021:

            The Rouge Regency will provide shuttle from MFR (Rouge Valley International Airport)  

1200 Start Check-in near lobby. Rooms available after 1500.  

1500  Check-in continues in Hospitality Room (open 1200- 2200)

1800-2000 Welcome Reception Sandwich Buffet in Hospitality Room

Thursday 9 Sep 2021:

            0600-0900 Breakfast at Regency Grill

            0930-1100  Memorial Service in Hospitality Room

            1130-1230  Lunch at Hotel Buffet

            1300-1630  Optional Tours via one of two Trollies to:

                        Shopping at local Mall  ($5/pp)

                        Wine Tasting ($10/pp)

                        9Holes of golf with cart [rental clubs available] ($25/pp)

            1700-2100 Welcome Aboard dinner in Hospitality Room

            2200 Hospitality Room closes

Friday 10 Sep 2021:

            0600-0900 Breakfast at Regency Grill

            0930-1630 Crater Lake Tour with Lunch at Crater Lake Lodge.

            1700-1900 Sandwich Buffet in Hospitality Room

            1800-2200 Auction in Hospitality Room

Saturday 11 Sep 2021:

            0600-0900 Breakfast at Regency Grill

            0930-1100 General Membership Meeting

            0930-1100 Wive’s activity

            1130-1230 Lunch at Hotel Buffet

1600-1700 Individual/Couples Photos –Entrance to Hospitality Rm.

1700-2200 Banquet (semi-formal = coat & tie) in Hospitality Room

2000-2200 Comedy Show at the Hotel ($10/pp)

Sunday 12 Sep 2021:

            0600-0900 Breakfast at Regency Grill

            The Rouge Regency will provide shuttle to MFR (Rouge Valley International Airport)  

            Everyone who registered for the 2020 reunion opted to leave their registration fee on deposit, so whatever fee increased doesn’t apply to them for the same options.
